Cancellation and returns
1a Please ensure you keep all packaging until you have decided to keep the goods.  We can not accept products returned to us that are not properly packaged as they will break on the return journey to us.
Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery  to return unwanted items as we  cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
The buyer is responsible for postage on unwanted items
1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. 
2 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. To do this, please use the contact us page at the bottom of website. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. 
4 Change of mind if a customer wants to amend their order after the order has been picked and packed we reserve the right to charge a admin and handling fee of £5.00 per order
 Faulty Goods / Guarantee 
1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem within 7 days of delivery. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Offering a replacement or refund or partial refund (where the item is sold in a set) in the first instance for the broken item. 
2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. 
The cost of returning faulty goods to us is the customers’ responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty.
 If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs. If you do not wish for them to be returned to you, we would then accept this as a ‘change of mind’ and the return carriage incurred by us would be deducted from your refund.  
Missing items orders please notify by email within 7 days any missing items /orders, after 7 days it will be assumed that all items orders were delivered successfully
